The challenge: Finding an embeddable email editor that’s intuitive for users and seamlessly integrates with AI agents
At the heart of CandidateHub is a powerful AI agent that supports HR teams in doing the heavy lifting for tasks that often eat up a lot of time: creating job descriptions, planning outreach, and building email campaigns and nurturing series from scratch. So when Brad set out to find an embeddable, drag-and-drop email editor to integrate into CandidateHub, it had to meet a couple of key requirements:
- An intuitive UI: The editor must be intuitive and easy to use for end users (even if they aren’t design experts).
- Seamless connection with AI agents: The editor must be capable of interacting with CandidateHub’s AI agent, allowing it to create and adjust designs on behalf of the user.
- Easy integration into the CandidateHub product: As a one-person team, Brad can’t afford to spend weeks working on complex integrations. He relies heavily on AI tools to build CandidateHub, so he was looking for an editor with exceptional documentation that he (and his AI coding tools) could easily understand and quickly integrate.

A powerful content creation agent, built on top of the Beefree SDK MCP
To bring his vision of an AI-powered content creation flow to life, Brad used the Beefree SDK MCP Server to connect CandidateHub’s suite of agents to the Beefree SDK’s content creation tools. With this approach, it’s not only possible for users to create beautiful email content by hand (using the drag-and-drop editor), but they can also let the agent do the work instead.
For example: Let’s say a CandidateHub user wants to launch a recruitment campaign via email. They fill out a simple brief within the app and specify role, goal, audience, and tone. In this example, they want to run a three-step outreach campaign for a Lead Architect role, encouraging software engineers with 3+ years of experience to apply, using a professional-to-conversational tone.
Then the AI agent takes over. It maps the journey, plans the messaging arc for each touchpoint, and calls the Beefree SDK MCP Server to generate the full set of emails. The whole series — a multi-step email journey that’s fully branded, mobile-responsive, and looks great on all devices — is ready in about a minute.
From there, users can edit the content with the drag-and-drop editor, or ask the agent to make changes through a conversational chat UI.
