Challenge
Samba.ai wanted to integrate a feature into their AI-led marketing tool that would allow marketers to design and edit customer-facing emails right inside the platform. Initially, they built their own email editor and released it to their users. However, as more customers began using the tool, it became clear that addressing all their needs would require ongoing, significant development effort.
